VidPlate Studio is a self-serve platform that gives you the tools to manage templated content production in-house. VidPlate, on the other hand, gives you access to our team as an extension of your own, so you can rely on us like your external design team.

How long does content take to turn around?

Turnaround time depends on the type of content and the complexity of the request, but most standard content is delivered within 2 to 4 working days. If you have a larger project or more specific requirements, our team can advise on timelines before you place the order.

What happens after we submit an order?

Once you submit an order, the brief and supplied assets are processed through the VidPlate workflow and picked up by our creative team. Your content is then created using the relevant template system, reviewed, and delivered back through the platform, with options to share review links or final files where needed.

VidPlate currently does not offer stock assets, so users are responsible for supplying the content used in their projects.

What happens if I make a mistake during the order process?

Our creative automation systems pull information from your order, so while we do our best to check for errors, users are ultimately responsible for the content they request.

What if there is a design error with our completed VidPlate?

If there is a visual error with your content, such as a glitch or design issue, we will correct it as long as it does not deviate from the original VidPlate template.

Can we purchase custom VidPlates?

Yes. You can share public review links so clients, stakeholders, or other external users can view content and leave feedback without needing a VidPlate login. You can also add options such as password protection for extra control.

Yes. VidPlate is designed to support teams managing multiple brands, with separate brand assets, colours, fonts, and content workflows all organised in one platform. This makes it easier to keep each brand consistent while giving your team one central place to work from.

Yes. You can upload and manage your own brand assets, including logos, images, colours, and fonts, so your team is always working from approved materials. This helps keep content consistent and gives everyone one clear source of truth.

Where do I find all our payment details?

If you go to Admin and select Subscriptions, you can access our Stripe payment system. From there, you can update payment details, manage your plan, and download invoices for any payments made.

Do credits roll over into the next month?

No, but any credits purchased from a pack stay on your account indefinitely and remain separate from your monthly credits. Subscription credits are always used before credit-pack credits.

What payment options are there?

We accept most major payment cards and can also facilitate invoice payments if needed. All payments are processed through Stripe.

Can we upgrade our subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription partway through your contract. VidPlate Studio accounts can upgrade to VidPlate Studio Pro, but they cannot move directly into the Grow, Scale, or Ultimate tiers. If you would like to move from Studio to one of our serviced VidPlate plans, please get in touch with the team.
